Nurse Connect Privacy Policy
Last Updated: December 1, 2025
Welcome to Nurse Connect, Inc. (“Nurse Connect,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), a technology platform – including our website, located at http://www.nurseconnectnow.com, and any additional technology we may make available to you, such as a mobile app (collectively, the “Services”) – that facilitates the connection of individual clients (“Clients”) with nursing professionals (“Nurses”) and home health paraprofessionals (“Home Aids”) (collectively, “Professionals”). The Services support introductory virtual chat sessions and also enable Professionals to schedule in-person visits (each a “Visit”) and related services with Clients. When we say “you” or “user,” we’re referring to anyone who interacts with our Services, including Clients and Professionals.
First, a note about Nurse Connect’s commitment to your privacy:
Nurse Connect deeply values its role in assisting Clients with connecting with Professionals, and central to that role is respecting and safeguarding the privacy of personal information, including Clients’ personal information, including your personal health information that you may enter into our Services (“Personal Information”).
This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices with respect to your Personal Information in user-friendly terms, including what information we collect in order to facilitate our Services, what we use your information for, how we may share your information when needed, and the rights and preferences you may have with respect to your Personal Information. Nurse Connect’s commitment to privacy is built upon a foundation of transparency, trust, and choice.
Your Professional may provide you with additional documents or consent forms at your first Visit, including a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which will explain how they may use and disclose your HIPAA-protected health information, and rights you have to that information.
Here are a few things we want you to know:
